COMPANY’S HISTORY

Bacviet Steel Co., Ltd was established on March 6, 2000. During 7 years of operation and development, facing many challenges and difficulties, but with the determination and internal ability of its staffs, Bacviet Steel Co., Ltd has asserted its position in the market and obtained many remarkable achievements.

•    Achieve the turnover of over 4 billion in 2005, up 150% year on year and 125% compared to the plan of the year.

INVESTMENT PLAN FOR 2007-2009

Founded in 2000, Bacviet Group now has 3 members operating in manufacturing and trading shipbuilding steel and pre-engineered steel buildings and providing services of  storehouse and transportation as well (Bacviet Shipbuilding industry Company – BSIC).

OTHER INFORMATION

After closing the agreements with its three strategic shareholders in 2007 (Presently not allowed to reveal) the charter capital is expected to increase 82 billion Vietnam Dong. BSIC is planned to be founded in Haiphong with the charter capital of 75 billion.

Factory 1 and 2 at Duc Giang, Long Bien, Hanoi are in the management of Bacviet Steel Co., Ltd (BVS).

Factory 3 under the name of Bacviet Structure Steel Building Co., Ltd (BSSB), with the famous trademark of DAMSAN, started its production operation in 2006.

In the near time BACVIET GROUP will establish one more company to implement the projects of producing ship and shipbuilding equipments and

Then Bacviet Trading Joint Stock Company will buy the stocks of the other members and become the mother company issuing shares of the GROUP.

Bacviet Steel Co., Ltd has developed strongly and effectively. Especially, in 2004-2005 our profits achieved over 100% charter capital. Even in the most difficult years of the steel market, our company still operates effectively.

Our plan is to go into OTC stock exchange step by step and then HCM published stock market.
